Long term rent
Our apartments can also be rented for a long term. This can be done in two ways:
- Long term rent is ¥49 000 and deposit is ¥49 000
- Long term rent is ¥54 000 without deposit
No guarantor required, no key money or agency fees, and no other charges. Check-in is possible today or the next day for just ¥54,000.
You can view all apartments and contact us. If you want to rent for a short period, we recommend monthly rent.
Terms of long term rent
- Utility costs are paid by the tenant.
- The contract term is 2 years with automatic renewal. There are no renewal fees or other additional costs. If you wish to terminate the contract, please notify us 30 days before the expected departure date.
- In case of early termination of the contract, the penalty is:
- – If terminated within 1 year, the amount of two months’ rent (¥98 000) will be charged
- – If terminated within 2 years, the amount of one month’s rent (¥49 000) will be charged
- – If terminated after 2 years, no penalty will be charged
